Getting Started

We make sure that you feel happy

The nightmare first day may be a favorite storyline for songwriters and TV scriptwriters, but we think it’s best left to fiction. At Love & Tate we do everything we can to make sure your arrival is anything but terrifying.

Before you start, we’ll make sure you know who will be greeting you, when and where. We’ll brief you on company culture, the expected etiquette and any procedures or processes that you’ll need to know about to hit the ground running. At our end, we’ll make sure any paperwork is taken care ahead of time, so that it’s not hanging over you when you need to be focused on making a good impression.

We’ll call you on your first day, just to check that everything is going well. If it’s not what you expected, please let us know and we’ll do our best to fix the situation.

You’ll hear from us periodically throughout the assignment, actually. It’s not that we’re nosy. We just like to make sure you’re happy with the way things are going and are poised to make a positive next step – whether it’s a continuation of the temporary contract, a permanent job, or a seamless move into another role when the project is done.
