Job Description

We are working with a boutique commercial real estate firm who are looking for someone to support the team with not only office management, administration and finance support duties but also the marketing aspect of the business in relation to promotion of properties and services.

This is an entry level role and would suit either a college leaver or alternatively someone who’d like to develop a career within Real Estate.  On a day to day basis you’d be involved with:

  • Producing presentations for client meetings and pitches
  • Updating information on the company’s website and social media
  • Managing listings on Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Updating the in-house database with client information
  • Assisting with incoming leads via WhatsApp and HubSpot
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis including post, office supplies etc.
  • Preparing invoices and processing expenses
  • Recording key HR information
  • Supporting their Flexible Offices team with viewings and researching potential options for clients.

The ideal person will have GCSE English and Maths, have completed relevant A levels / BTEC and have a genuine interest in building a career within the property sector.  Strong social media skills as well as MS Office are a must.

This is a permanent position based near Bank, Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations and offers a starting salary of £20-25,000 dependent on skills and experience.
