Job Description

We are working with a leading firm of patent attorneys who require an experienced patent legal secretary/ paralegal to join the team supporting at partner level.  The role is based in central London and on a day to day basis you will be involved in:

  • Diary management and meeting management
  • Managing daily, weekly and monthly reminders
  • Typing correspondence and documents – audio and copy
  • Client invoicing
  • Preparing standard and ad hoc reports in Excel
  • Assisting with emails, post, photocopying
  • Maintaining client filing – all of which are electronic
  • Managing case files
  • Working closely with other paralegals in the team

This role would suit someone who has experience within a patent firm supporting in a PA, secretarial or paralegal capacity.  Accurate touch typing skills are essential and these will be assessed at interview together with spelling and grammar.  Advanced MS Office is also a must.

This is a permanent position offering a salary of £30 – 38,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.  With this the firm offers a very competitive benefits package.
