Job Title – Talent Management SME

Location: Pangbourne
Rate: Up to £685 per day (Inside IR35 via PayStream)
Contract: 12 months
Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Talent Management SME to lead strategic talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, talent pipelines, internal mobility and organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver talent strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews.
• Develop leadership pipelines and readiness plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and People teams.
• Use talent data and insights to drive decision-making.
• Support delivery of annual talent programmes.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development or HR.
• Experience designing and delivering global talent programmes.
• Vendor management experience with external talent and learning providers.
• Experience with talent analytics and workforce insights.
• Degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or equivalent experience.
