Learning Delivery Advisor – Safety & Compliance

• Deliver and support safety and compliance learning initiatives.
• Analyse learning data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Manage learning plans and support learning systems and access.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimise learning programmes and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development, Learning Analytics or a related field.
• Experience supporting learning programmes and analysing performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance learning is advantageous.
